With our new market sector pages, users can learn how different market sectors perform against each other across key metrics, and how different projects perform within individual market sectors.

What’s new in this release:

1. An overview of the entire market

• We’ve introduced a new main navigation page that includes an overview of the entire market with a heatmap of all market sectors. 

• Example insight: how many active users does the entire lending market sector have compared to the entire crypto market?

2. A data-rich overview for every market sector

• We’ve introduced a separate overview section for each market sector that includes key information about the market sector.

• Example insight: what is the historical amount of active loans for every lending project?

3. Evaluate how projects perform within the market sector

• We’ve also introduced a separate metrics section for each market sector with 4 distinct sections: historical chart, market share treemap, growth rate chart, and data table.

• Example insight: what is Aave’s market share (%) of all active loans?

4. Quick access to relevant community analytics

• Finally, we’ve introduced a separate analyst coverage section that includes all public Discover dashboards with analysis of the market sector.

• Example insight: what custom analysis has been produced that is relevant for the lending market?

What’s new in this release:

1. A data-rich overview page for every project

• We’ve introduced a new overview section for each project that includes key information, a configurable chart, links to analyst coverage, and relevant news. 

• Example insight: give me one place where I can start my analysis for Base.

2. A new ecosystem view for all blockchains

• We’ve introduced a separate ecosystem section for blockchains with aggregated metrics for the application ecosystem.

• Example insight: what is the aggregated amount of active users in Base’s application ecosystem?

3. Evaluate a project through every possible metric

• We’ve also introduced a separate metrics section for each project that includes all metrics grouped by category: market, financials, valuation, usage, development, technical, usage. 

• Example insight: give me one place where I can see every available metric for Base.

4. Quick access to financial statements

• Finally, we’ve included quick access to the financial statement for each project.

• Example insight: how would Base’s onchain data look like in a traditional financial statement format?
